Terms of Service

By accessing or using NPER (the "Service") — whether through a web browser, mobile app, API, or any other means — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Disclosures, and our Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

NPER is an information and analytics platform for retail traders. It surfaces market data, options flow, AI-generated summaries, backtesting tools, daily briefings, learning resources, and a community sentiment layer where users can vote on market questions and discuss them in chat rooms.

We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, custody assets, or provide brokerage services. Any trade you place based on something you saw on NPER happens through a third-party broker you choose, at your own risk and discretion.

To use NPER you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live, if higher).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be located in, or a resident of, a country or jurisdiction subject to a comprehensive embargo by the operator's jurisdiction, or otherwise prohibited from receiving the Service under applicable law.
• Not be listed on any government sanctions or restricted-parties list.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion if we have a reasonable basis to believe these conditions are not met.

Registration

You create an account by providing an email address, choosing a password, and (optionally) selecting your trading interests. The information you provide must be accurate and kept current.

Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at security@npergroup.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by failure to safeguard your credentials.

One human, one account

Each account is for a single, identifiable person. Sharing credentials, scraping account-only data, or maintaining multiple accounts to manipulate community features (sentiment polls, leaderboards) is a material breach of these Terms.

Plans

NPER offers a free tier and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite). Plan features and prices are shown on the pricing pageand may change. Current paying subscribers will be honored at their existing price until their next renewal, then transitioned to the updated price with at least 14 days' advance email notice.

Auto-renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price. You authorize us — and our payment processor, Stripe — to charge your payment method on file. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. If a legal right to a refund applies in your jurisdiction (e.g. the EU 14-day right of withdrawal), exercising it is straightforward — email billing@npergroup.com within the applicable window.

Taxes

Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar government charge. Stripe collects these at checkout where required and remits to the relevant authority.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, insider trading, or money laundering.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy data from the Service except through a documented API and within published rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any part of the Service.
• Upload viruses, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to disrupt the Service's availability or security.
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise unlawful in our community chat rooms or public profiles.
• Misrepresent affiliations or impersonate any person.
• Use community-sentiment polls or leaderboards in coordination with other accounts to manipulate the apparent consensus ("vote brigading").
• Use the Service to compete with NPER Group's commercial interests — for example, by training a competing product on data extracted from the Service.

When you post in a chat room, vote on a sentiment poll, set a nickname, or otherwise contribute content to the Service ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except: (i) we may retain anonymized, aggregated data derived from your votes for analytics and product improvement; (ii) we may keep copies for backup and legal-compliance purposes for a reasonable period; and (iii) content shared with other users may persist in their copies and conversations.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third party's rights or violate applicable law.

The Service surfaces information from third-party sources, including (but not limited to) Yahoo Finance, market news providers, economic calendars, and AI inference providers (Anthropic). We do not guarantee that this information is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Quotes may be delayed. Earnings dates and macro calendar entries change.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

The Service — including the NPER name, NPER logo, software, design system, AI prompts, generated briefings, and user-facing copy — is owned by NPER Group or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your individual, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

Without limiting the foregoing:

• Not investment advice. Briefings, signals, backtests, sentiment readouts, AI Professor replies, and any other content are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not personalized to your circumstances and do not constitute investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
• Past performance is not predictive. Backtest results from the Quant Lab are hypothetical, do not reflect real trading, exclude slippage and commissions unless explicitly modelled, and may differ materially from live performance.
• AI may be wrong. Outputs from large language models can contain factual errors, hallucinations, and outdated information. Verify anything material before acting on it.
• Community sentiment is not consensus.Poll results reflect what users on this platform chose to vote on, not what the broader market thinks. A 70% "bullish" reading on NPER is data about NPER users — nothing more.
• Trading involves risk. You can lose money, including more than you invested in leveraged products. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither NPER Group nor its officers, employees, contractors, or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses — arising out of or related to the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NPER Group from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) your use of the Service in a way that gives rise to liability for NPER Group.

You may terminate your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support@npergroup.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created legal or security risk to the Service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Where practical we will tell you why.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NPER Group is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants mandatory consumer rights, nothing in this section overrides those rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance by email (to the address on your account) and by a banner inside the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't agree, your remedy is to stop using the Service and close your account.

You can contact NPER Group at any time. We try to reply to everything within two business days.
